I just read the same exact comment as I would love to write, but I’ll repeat. The worst delivery experience I ever had.I can’t receive my package for a week now, it came to the country of destination and from this point, didn’t move… They are sending me emails every day, that it will come tomorrow. When you call them, there is freaking robot who will make sure that you won’t speak with a real assistant, but IF you are LUCKY enough and they choose you as “chosen” they will definitely tell you, that you will receive it tomorrow! Then I asked so many times if I can change delivery, to the post point, I said I’ll pay extra or whatever it takes, they are saying that their system doesn’t let them. Then they said, but there is a picture from a courier, of your main door, so he was there, he tried, and definitely he was trying to call your door phone… But I’m still here, sitting at home every damn day and waiting for the package… I was never writing bad reviews, but here I’m sorry, my nerves are on the edge…
