Online shopping, a package sent from the US. Upon tracking, it showed the package was to be delivered on 30/6; two days before the intended delivery date. was surprised and happy. Delivery didn't come on that date either on the second day. While tracking showed that receiver wasn't present, so changed the delivery address to my work, was waiting for it whole morning, but nothing showed up. Again track and trace showed no receiver present, called customer service but no one answered for 30 minutes.On the 5th July, again track and trace showed that my work address was wrong. So either they didn't even bother to take my package for delivery or they just simply returned to the facility and made up some lame excuse for not delivering.Called customer service again and finally got hold of them after half an hour. That lady didn't have any explanations for why my package was undelivered for 4 days and offered to deliver on the 6th July but wouldn't confirm if I'll get it for sure. Hence, I decided to get it myself from their facility at the airport. Never use it and never trust their track and trace.
