Awful service. I have been waiting for over 2 months for a package to be delivered and have called customer services more than 17 times by now. I have been incorrectly charged storage fees, which I was reassured I would not be charged and that while I wait for the correct invoice, the courier can give me my package. That message clearly never got to the courier (even though I was reassured that it was), as he refused to give me my already-late package unless I paid the incorrect fee. The entire company lacks clear internal communication, and I will actively go out of my way not to use FedEx in the future.
