I bought an oil painting in the USA one month ago. They shipped it via France where it stayed 9 days before sending it to Lisbon. They already changed the delivery date many times, and now they added 1 more week. I am desperately waiting and have to stay home. I never order anything anymore from America, and will never work with Fedex again or trying to avoid them. This is absolutely a very bad experience. The Fedex group is bad organised worldwide as is now my experience.
