TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! USELESS TRANSPORT COMPANY!Since September 20th, I have received daily notifications stating that my package will be delivered by 6 PM. However, it never arrives. When I check the online tracker, it claims I was not home, and the package is repeatedly returned to Porto—despite the fact that I live in Aveiro, 60 km away. I've been waiting for them at home for a whole week. Why don't the drivers call the phone? FraudstersThe tracker says the driver came to the location, but the client was not there. Lies. No one came, no one called. Fraudsters.We have attempted to call your customer service numerous times, including three times today alone, but each time your employees have hung up on us without offering any assistance. This has been ongoing for seven days now.The package contains health products, which are likely ruined by now, and it was a significant financial purchase. I would like to know who will be responsible for compensating me for this loss.At this point, I have no choice but to assume the package has been either stolen or lost, and you are unwilling to acknowledge the issue.
