Edited review. so in good faith i returned a duplicate order to feelgood and emailed them a copy of the receipt on the 17th september, since then they have been quiet. i emailed them yesterday the 30th and have had nothing but bounced/undeliverable emails, i sent them a whatsapp and they say they have not received the item and want proof again of the postage. i have submitted again.....It looks like i will now get the refund as per the response below .
