On the 1st of September, I received an email confirming that my contact lenses had been dispatched. On the 5th of September, I was notified that a delivery attempt had been made. However, after checking both my Ring doorbell and our security cameras, it was clear that no such attempt had taken place.I contacted Feel Good and was informed that delivery issues sometimes occur, but I was assured the order would arrive within 1–2 days. Despite numerous follow-ups, my lenses did not arrive until the 22nd of September.To make matters worse, the courier messaged me directly and asked to meet in a different location rather than delivering to my address. This is completely unacceptable why am I paying for a delivery service if the delivery is not being made properly?
