Company has gone down in service.I have been a customer since 2018. Usually a great company. Recently delivery times are weeks different to what was promised and the customer service that was once brilliant is now awful. It is as if they have cut lots of corners and have stopped caring about customers. Plus they use Fastway Couriers who don't have any way of knowing when a parcel is arriving.
