Irish customers beware. UK company operating as an Irish website. Quite deceiving. You wont get any return labels and they'll make you pay to ship a package to their UK warehouse, we all know how expensive that costs. Use Vision Direct instead as they provide free return shipping and better customer care.Reply as Edit:I was expecting the save-face response. If you are operating to Irish customers under the Irish domain you should at the very minimum provide return labels, otherwise stay under the .co.uk domain and do not be deceitful as an Irish merchant using the .ie domain. Nobody reads your terms and policies, you know this. My review stands, go use Vision Direct as they offer the same pricing but much better shipping service.
