Communication when deliveries are outside their estimated time are non existent. Delivery was due Mar 27th and I am still not just waiting for the package itself but also a response to my email. This is the second time this has happened, all since moving to Evri for delivery. Do better.... following this review I was contacted & the resolution was to ship another package and wait for that. If they both happen to arrive then I pay for the that too. Where is the gesture of apology for not fulfilling the order? Where is the customer care without having to use trust pilot? Why estimate a delivery date if you can never see it through? Very very poor service
