UPDATED Whilst the customer service was bad and they were not honest about the status of my order (and lied saying it had been dispatched when it hadn’t) or the delivery dates (website states 3-4 days which turned into 2 weeks), the item did eventually get delivered. I honestly felt like this was a scam, but I now understand that the company is legitimate but the service still leaves a lot to be desired. This is a scam. Do not fall for their refund delay tactics. They will advise you that they are experiencing very high volumes of orders and that your order is delayed. They will send you ‘discounts’ and gift vouchers to apologise for the delay in sending your order. But they will never actually send your order and will repeatedly tell you that they are unable to process your refund as it ‘has already been collected by the currier’. If you are thinking of purchasing anything from this company, DON’T DO IT. If you have already raised an order with them you should contact your Bank and raise a dispute as this is the only way you stand a chance of getting your money back.
