I’ve struggled with severe anxiety since childhood… lots of trauma and PTSD in my early adult years. 30 years of antidepressants and benzos. I’ve tried EVERYTHING… CBD, cannabis, kava, ashwaganda, saffron, mushrooms, the list goes on! Cannabis really helped me physically but mentally it gave me horrible paranoia and made my anxiety worse.
