I scheduled an appointment to get a service contract.First availability to get the inspection done was for March when I looked in Jan. Already not a good sign if they are so busy.I sent many pictures as asked by the company before the appointment to give them understanding of model/make/situation of Kettel / piping etc. and then we scheduled the appointment.Then day of inspection, person comes and in 2 mins concludes that I don’t get a contract. Reason - I’ve an older model (which I had already shared with the company) and the pipeline is not safe (also shared beforehand via pictures)Moreover, They inspector did not see the pictures I sent. And I don’t receive an inspection report which I am expected to pay for.Waste of time and money and I don't have a solution and no accountability.
