Missed knowledge of the local laws and rules.The company refused to accept the maintenance contract because they stated that the smoke exhaust cannot be positioned at the side of a "corner house" but only on the roof... I asked them to provide me the law that stabilizes that in Holland. They provided me with a link from:rijksoverheid - bouwbesluit - Art. 3-33I translated and understood the laws and rules on the matter but nowhere is written that my combiketel wasn't installed by the law: the smoke exhaust must be positioned far enough from other houses. And that is just my case. The law finally cares that nothing may be an obstacle to the normal operation of the boiler and its smoke exhaust. At the side of my house there are only threes and plants: nothing may really create an6 kind of obstacle for the normal operation of the boiler.Furthermore on that side, where the smoke exhaust was positioned, there are no windows and no balconies.Finally the chance that both those who live in my house and the neighbors can breath dangerous gas is zero because both the boiler and the smoke exhaust were correctly installed by following the current laws and regulations.THEY EVEN TOOK 65 EURO FOR THE CHECK AND THAT IS EVEN ABSURD SINCE THEIR MISSED KNOWLEDGE ON THE MATTER.A few weeks later a new technician came home, did the check, did the maintenence operations, and finally released a certificate. Why did another technician perform the maintenance and issue a certificate while Feenstra said that the boiler wasn't correctly installed and a maintenance operation couldn't be brought ahead?Finally, they canceled the payment, nevertheless it's not clear whether they accepted their responsibility or not. Finally I change the rate to 4 stars.New updated evolutions of the case:Feenstra is still asking me this money and they replied back that this is another issue...I won't change the rate anymore because they tried to cheat on their final decision.
