Absolutely horrendous. I am living in a nightmare with these people. 3 weeks before our appointment we have called them trying to change the date, that is 3 weeks in advance calling. They hung up on us multiple times saying they will call us back. Nobody called us back and we received an email now that our appointment of TODAY has been cancelled on our request and that the next availability is in May... We did not ask to cancel our appointment without making a new one, on the phone the people who answer have no clue what to say or do. If I had known that once they cancel my appointment they won't have another availability until May, I would have moved things around to keep TODAY's appointment. The level of incompetence is APPALING. The lack of care and responsiveness to emails is appalling. They are not reachable by phone and they just send you an email and shove it under the rug.
