I had a really disappointing experience with this website. The layout is confusing, and it’s hard to find basic information without clicking through multiple unnecessary pages. The loading time is painfully slow, and several links either don’t work or redirect to the wrong sections.Customer support is also unresponsive — I sent a query and never received a proper reply.
