Terrible.
Been on my weight-loss journey a year and all was well until I moved over to Fella Health.
2 doses in the pen stopped working so I instantly contacted them to report it They asked me to contact the manufacturers to get a reference number to process a replacement. Did this then they wanted pics and videos,did this also.
Keep getting generic emails asking to do this do that,all of which give done and even signed disclosure forms they sent to confirm everything.
Still excuses and no replacement but very quick to take my money.
Awful company, nothing but money grabbers unfortunately.
