after 9 months I only lost around 10 lbs. When I submitted for the return of my money, I rec;d a bull shit excuse to not pay me. Be careful , read the fine print especially about weighing in or reporting your weight even though you have not lost anything . Good luck just so you know there are other sites on the web that are a lot cheaper .
