August 2023, I placed an order for 2 feltcaves, but never received them. Thankfully I ordered through PayPal and after several unsuccessful attempts to recover my money directly from feltcave, PayPal refunded me. I was hoping (naively) that it was just a fluke, so on October 29, 2023, I placed another order directly with my credit card unfortunately. The item has never shipped, and any attempts to contact them via email results in bounce back messages. I’ve even reached out on Instagram direct messages and on their posts. I was willing to give them a second shot because they had a decent trust pilot score and I know a lot of cat owners who have purchased before. Now I’m going to have to go through the hassle of calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would not recommend buying anything from them.
