I’m generally very comfortable with tech and was genuinely excited to use this platform to simplify my business and save time. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.I’ve tried two different integrations, and neither has worked. Over almost two months, I’ve had around 7–8 support calls and I’m still stuck. What appears to be a technical issue has not been resolved despite repeated troubleshooting.What’s been most frustrating is the support process. I’ve had frequent 15-minute calls where, despite being prepared, nothing really moves forward. It often feels like we revisit the same points without progress, and the issue remains unresolved week after week.Instead of saving time, I’ve lost a significant amount of it. Given the cost of the platform, this has been deeply disappointing. I was excited and ready to implement, but the ongoing technical issues and the lack of effective resolution have turned this into a frustrating experience.I’m sharing this because the platform has potential, but my experience so far has felt like a waste of time, energy, and money.
