I had to give one star in order to be able to write a review. I ordered a coat from Eddie Bauer, and I got an email from Femmeloom, with a tracking number for my order. I received another email saying that my order was on it's way. Then I received yet another email saying that my order was at customs. I got another email saying that my order cleared customs and it was on it's way. To this day I have yet to receive my order. This company is a scam
