What went wrong is that this company is fausley advertising as Eddie Bauer. I ordered a coat from what I was under the impression of it being from Eddie Bauer. Once I placed my order I received several emails. The first email said that my order was received. Then I got another email with a tracking number. Then I got another email saying that my order was on it's way. And then I received another email saying that my order was in customs. I then received another email saying that my order cleared customs and it was on it's way. I have never received my order. This company is Fraudulent!!!
