strange debits on my bank statement. i contacted them was given the run around because nothing is clearly stated anywhere what happens once you order one thing. it automatically recharges your card until you cancel your membership for credits. once you cancel the credits are gone and you cant use them. so you get screwed either way. never received anything saying i was going to be charged again but about 21 days later there was another charge on my card. Diamond was able to help my resolve this and i greatly appreciated it
