A gift card was purchased for this website using my name, email and a saved payment method. After several attempts I have been offered a refund if I give a review and make a sceenshot of the review and send it to them. After reading other reviews I know I am not alone in having been taken advantage of. I hope this takes care of the problem. THANKS Zoe
