Something ive come across very rarely is a quick and actually kind customer service. I unsubscribed my membership with femtasy the day i got it because it just didnt fit my (sexual) vibe. A week later i still got an email. Confused, i wrote femtasy asking if im still subscribed. No shame in that, right? Looks like femtasy understood that and instead of asking me a billion questions about why I unsubscribed or sending me a half-hearted answer back, Lotti send a really kind one. "Dont worry" she says 2-3 times. And reassured me that I only received this email because it was promised to me a week ago. It did really made my day. - lina
