If I could give them 6 stars I would. I ordered a custom shade, and unfortunately when the lampshade arrived, the the dimensions I had chosen really didn't look right on the lamp base. Despite this being entirely my fault, I emailed them asking for advice on the correct dimensions, and the possibility of a partial refund to go towards the new shade. They gave me a VERY generous discount AND spent 15 minutes talking through the new shade dimensions with me on the phone (shoutout Gail).This is the type of customer service you just never seem to get these days. Personal, helpful, generous. I am absolutely a customer for life now.
