Purchased a Fender Custom shop guitar from Fender Fever on Ebay. They were actually masquerading under a private account and not offering returns so were avoiding their legal requirements to accept returns FOR ANY REASON ! Seller refused to accept a return and had to open an ebay case. Guitar had a snapped , embedded screw in the headstock that they failed to mention. They denied it and claimed it was mentioned but anybody who can read English can see the description was deceptive !Shocking customer service service and only motivated by pure greed. I have all the evidence of this transaction so message if you want more details...
