Was in touch with them on a purchase, made an offer but never heard back. Not sure what is going on, as many of the reviews on this company on Reverb are good, but my experience has been quite poor.Edit: they said my offer wasn't worthy of a reply, which in and of itself highlights the limited attention clients receive here.
