We've been using Fergus for a long time and initially found it to be a reliable platform. However, over time, we've noticed a consistent pattern: the pricing changes every 6 to 12 months, usually increasing without clear added value.Most frustratingly, after a recent demo with Tom, we discovered that features we were actively using have now been locked—features that were part of our plan when we signed up. It’s very disappointing to see Fergus restrict core functionality just to push existing users toward upgrading their plans.This kind of practice feels more like a sales tactic than customer support, and it's a shame to see long-term users being treated this way. We expected better transparency and respect for existing users.
