Ferlagimo is absolutely not a legitimate company. I placed an order and they sent me a completely fake tracking number that eventually showed “delivered,” even though nothing ever arrived. When I reached out to customer service, a representative named Lily would respond—but only to say she was “looking into it,” with no actual help or resolution. After multiple attempts, it became obvious this was just a runaround.Save your money and avoid this site. It’s a scam.
