I never received anything. Tracking says it was delivered to somewhere not even in my country! Filed a complaint with Paypal and they denied my claim! Said they were provided with tracking info that says my order was delivered. When I go to the Ferlagimo website the store is no longer there and neither is the tracking info. It's all bogus and PayPal was no help so I closed my account with them. The emails back and forth with Ferlagimo are ridiculous. They accuse me of lying about not receiving my order and try to pressure me into letting them place the order again. When I demand a refund they refuse unless I withdraw my complaint. Beware of this predatory company. They are not legit and you'll get zero help from Paypal.
