I’m going to Report you guys to the police and scam I’ve been waiting for over a month for this Christmas tree I contact customer service to ask about the updates they tell me don’t worry it’s on its way apparently they delivered it to the wrong address when my address is clearly correct on the label I need a refund never order from these people they’re scam they’re a fraud I’m gonna report them to the police and I’m going to their corporate They are thieves never ever buy from these people ever again I just wanted to give everybody an update about this company I just recently got my refund I bought a tree I had to fight 3 months for my $55 refund the company was threatening me to hold my money if I didn't take down my complaint guess what I'm letting everybody know these people are scammers and they are fraud call your bank dispute the charge get your money back do not buy from these people ever again take my word for it your stuff will never show they will never respond to you correctly take my word for people be careful out there.
