I placed an order in August. I got a message Sept 19th that it was delivered at 2 in the morning and that was not true. I asked them to track it and send me a picture. LILY said they could not track and will resend the order. Very disappointed. These are christmas gifts for my kids. Regards Rosa Alarcon
