I ordered the Vevor Retractable Hose reel from them that was shown on the tik tok shop. I have not received my order bit when I went in to track it, it showed that it was delivered. I contacted them to get a delivery note to contacy the delivery company, but they said that the driver lost my package. Now i am battling to get it replaced as Lily is avoiding all my questions. I have all the emails where she is dodging my complaint. Stay away from this company as they steal your money.
