If I could give them zero stars, I would! Ordered a moveable monitor on October 6th & was provided with fake tracking info. Filed a dispute with PayPal & immediately they marked my package as “out for delivery”. They claim package delivered 11/7 but it has not arrived. They have a customer service person named “Lily” who will claim to check into your order status but doesn’t respond further. They will also respond to PayPal claiming they’ve delivered your item & they haven’t. Still waiting on my PayPal resolution but this company is a SCAM!!!
