I ordered from this company over a month ago. I didn't receive any confirmation, when I emailed them I was told item had been posted. I was told it was enroute. After 4 weeks I noticed an email saying it had been delivered . I emailed and was told it was lost in transit. I asked for a refund and was told I could get 50% back or wait for the replacement. I'm now told it will be with me within the week
