LIARS & ILLEGAL FERLAGIMODO NOT BUY FROM FERLAGIMO. This company is a sham. I purchased 2 items from them in August. Never received these. Contacted the courier company and they said that the packages were returned to the seller because they were damaged/badly packed. "Lily" at Ferlagimo confirmed this and on 3 October, said they would redeliver the items. They never did, so I asked for a refund due to the delay. They have refused to give a full refund and keep offering 50% refund for a non-delivery. I did not accept this and asked for a full refund, they said yes.... but nothing came. They also lied to PayPal saying that the matter has been resolved. It HAS NOT.This is a joke and it is against the Consumer Act. I bought these items through their TikTok videos. I will also post this review in TikTok. It is not right that companies can take money from us and provide all this waffle and lies. They are scammers and liars. Do not buy from them.
