This service is entirely a scam, just like the other reviews suggest. I disputed the issue with the payment platform, but they sided with the seller after they provided a new tracking number. However, even the platform couldn't trace it, and when I contacted the service, they issued another tracking number claiming it was delivered to a completely different location today. The payment platform also declined to assist.
