I ordered propane on January 13 when my tank was at 30%, as advised by Ferrell representatives. It is now February 2 and I have not received any propane. I am not on a schedule for a delivery. I spoke with a rep today and was told ferrell is aware of the length of time since I placed my order and that I'm "not the only one" waiting. I have cancelled my account because this is not the first time this has happened to me. In the past I was told deliveries to my area are only made on a Thursdays of each week. On January 20 I say a ferrell delivery truck in my area, within 4 miles of my home.
