WOW, I wish I had read all these bad reviews before contacting Ferrell Gas. I can certainly relate to everybody's dissatisfaction with this company, add me to the list of unhappy displeased customers. I called Ferrell Gas to fill my propane tank with the understanding they would light the stove pilot light for free at the same time. Within the next couple of days when I first needed to turn the heat on my stove, the pilot light was out. I called Ferrell Gas, again with the understanding they would light the pilot light without charge since it was not working properly. Today, I received a bill for re-lighting the pilot.You know it’s like this….. it is not about the money as much as it is about the customer service which seems to be at the very bottom of the totem pole for Ferrell Gas from the looks of all these bad reviews and my experience with them. If anyone is looking for a gas company, do yourself a favor and look for another company, not a company that does not live up to their promise and that will add every kind of imaginable surcharge fee they can think of to your bill. Ferrell Gas....Never again!!
