I bought two of the large Kinder eggs that had to be recalled following the food safety / salmonella crisis.I emailed several times with photos, BBD and barcode info. Their customer service is none existent - none of my emails were read correctly, each reply asking for information I had already shared. In one email, I was offered a voucher to buy free products (which never arrived) but I should have received a FULL REFUND! I don’t want more chocolate from your factories right now.I have never received anything for the two eggs and I’ve given up trying - thoroughly disappointed and will never buy any products from Ferrero again. Sorry Ferrero, I gave you several attempts to put this right and… nothing.
