My parcel went missing as it was mis-delivered and subsequently stolen, Evri do not want to know and as my contract is with Ferristale they should be dealing with this. I have emailed customer service 3 times with the details since November but have no response whatsoever. There is no phone number to ring either. I would never use this company again.
