The products and website are gorgeous. The inks are beautiful. The plastic pens are not very sturdy. I went back to the company and their customer service agents are lovely. Company policies are not that desirable. I purchased a carousel fountain pen on sale but it cracked on my second time filling it. I contacted the support and it took about a week and a half to come to a solution. They offered me a credit against a full rate pen because the sale was only available to direct customers of the website? Excuse me? Whom am I contacting then? Needless to say $11.25 off $120 is not an attractive solution. The pen is on sale for $98.88 via website. I declined the offer and requested a refund. I did not wish a replacement plastic pen. **Update9/5/25: I have continued to purchase Ferris Wheel Press Inks. I have also supported a kickstarter program for the launch of the marquise pen. The service agents continue to be great, and have reached out to me to rectify this previous experience. That I have found to be worthy of an edit, so thank you Ferris Wheel Press for making me feel like a VIP!
