If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this clinic has been shocking, and I want to warn others. After spending a considerable amount on tests, I found their cancellation policy misleading. They claim you can cancel for a full refund with 72 hours’ notice, but when I tried to cancel, they refused my refund, citing vague terms that were not clearly communicated. Their defensive responses lacked empathy, especially for a fertility clinic dealing with vulnerable patients. I felt taken advantage of and would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
