Fetchapet has been a wonderful company to work with in relocating our two oriental cats all the way from the UK to Bangkok, Thailand. The process did take some time to organise, as there is a lot of paperwork involved, but throughout the whole journey Fetchapet was clear with their guidelines and even recommended other trusted companies to help us with important permits and health certifications.I worked closely with Sally from Fetchapet, who was extremely attentive to all of my questions and helped reassure us that our cats were in safe hands. Her support really made a stressful process much easier to manage.Today, our cats were delivered safely to our apartment, door to door. They were, of course, exhausted after the long journey, but otherwise in good condition. They were picked up in the UK at 06:30am on the 2nd of August and arrived in Bangkok on the 3rd of August at 11:00am. We used plastic crates, (they were large, and you keep them) with plenty of space and a water dispenser. After arrival, they were transported directly to us. One of our cats did pee inside the box, but the crate was lined with absorbent padding, which kept them comfortable.Now both cats are happily settling into their new home, and we are so grateful for the care and professionalism shown throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Fetchapet (and Relo4Paw (Sabrina - who was in charge of import permits) for their support on the ground here in Bangkok) if you want peace of mind and for your pets to arrive safely fetchapet will take care of everything!
