In one word: Perfect! We imported a puppy from England to Bermuda. Fetchapet handled everything- and absolutely perfectly! We had never done this before but Sally walked us through everything. She was fantastic! Everything went so smoothly, all documents were spot on. We worried because we had never done anything like it before, but we didn't have to.
