Fetchapet made what seemed like a daunting task extremely stress free. It is important to read carefully all the vaccination requirements for where you are going and the other guidance provided by Sally and Emma but once you have completed your part Fetchapet do the rest very competently and professionally. Our two Chocolate Labs arrived in Thailand last Friday and were absolutely fine. From pick up from our home we were sent photos of the dogs at each stage which was very reassuring.The only issue I had which was nothing to do with Fetchapet but important to note is that for Thailand, as I expect many other places, when you have your dogs vaccinated the vet needs to sign, print name and apply the stamp of the practice to each recorded vaccination otherwise you may not get the import license you require. We had to go back to our vet to get this sorted on a couple of the vaccines.In summary it wouldn't enter my head to use anyone else for transporting my pets after this experience, along with the agents that Fetchapet work with in Thailand who both received the dogs and transported them to us.
