We were relocating from the UK to Kazakhstan with our dog. Sally and her team were amazing at guiding us through the massive complexities of such an unusual move. They handled the permits, veterinary aspects and flight bookings with super efficiency and when it came to the day of travel, they were so kind and supportive of our very nervous dog.
