We needed help getting our dog Biscuit from UK to NZ - not an easy task during a global pandemic! Fetchapet were incredible... so professional, knowledgeable, adaptable and supportive. Emma and Rachel were on top of the process the whole time, even as covid changed rules for airlines etc, they were always calm and able to reassure us. Biscuit's move went smoothly and we were so happy to be reunited in NZ on New Years Eve. I highly recommend Rachel, Emma and the team at Fetchapet!
