I can’t sing the praises of Emma, Rachel and the team enough. Taking 2 precious Westies abroad is tough enough, but throw in Covid 19 and China as a destination and you really do face a challenge. Their care, patience, professionalism and attention to detail have been outstanding every step of the way, particularly after a very stressful last-minute complication due to Chinese bureaucracy. 8 months after the initial query, we have come a long way in every sense of the word.
